The Editorial Board of the journal accepts communications that have the motivated support of Academician or Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine on the appropriate speciality for their publication. The communication must be accompanied by the attending list of the organization, where the work was executed.
The journal publishes at most three articles of a single author for one year. This rule is not valid for Academicians and Corresponding Members of the NAS of Ukraine.
The manuscript are sent by the Editorial Board to be revieved. After the correction of the manuscript, the submission date becomes the date, when the Editorial Board will receive the final text. The request of Editorial Board to make correction in the text does not mean that the manuscript is accepted for the publication; after the revision, the manuscript will be again considered by the Editorial Board. If the manuscript will not be published, the Editorial Board has right not to return one copy of the work to the author(s).
Reports of the NAS of Ukraine does not publish articles that are polemical and classifying, have a restricted meaning, or contain the solutions of standard problems; descriptive, survey, and methodical articles (if the method is not basically new); articles devoted to the systematization of plants, animals, and microorganisms; articles presenting separate stages of studies or the material divided into several parts for subsequent publications; articles with trivial results that are not of general interest and do not contain significant conclusions.
The articles are published in Ukrainian or English. The author is asked to indicate the item, where the article should be placed and the index by the Universal Decimal Classification; at the end of the manuscript, the full name of the organization, where the work was executed, the post and e-mail addresses, and the telephone number(s) should be presented.
By the fact of submission of the manuscript to the Editorial Board of the journal “Reports of the NAS of Ukraine”, the author(s) confirm (confirms) his/her (their) conscious agreement with its editorial policy, ethic principles, policy of open access, positions about the confidentiality and the author rights, reviewing, editing of manuscripts, and requirements and conditions of preparation and publication of the journal.
